Scope and data collected
This policy explains the intended handling of personal information by Clientfold and the narrower behavior of this static storefront. The demo stores your shopping bag, promotion choice, and cookie preference locally in your browser. It does not transmit checkout, newsletter, or contact form submissions to Clientfold. Do not enter sensitive information into demonstration fields. In a production workspace, information necessary for the service would include account details, client invitations, uploaded files, messages, permission settings, and billing references.
Purpose and ownership
Your files remain yours. Account information is used to deliver the service, answer support requests, administer billing, and maintain the workspace you request. Client files and messages are not sold, used for advertising, or used to train AI or machine learning models. 文件不用于训练。We only need the limited operational permission required to store, display, and deliver your material according to your instructions. Production subprocessors and their purposes must be disclosed before that service begins collecting personal data.
Private by default
Files and messages are private to your account unless you share them. Sharing a link or granting a client access can expose the selected material to that recipient. Review access carefully and avoid posting private links publicly. Revoking access cannot retrieve copies someone already downloaded. No technical system can promise absolute confidentiality; we do not claim unsupported security certifications. Support access should be limited to the information needed to resolve a request and governed by confidentiality duties.
Retention, exports, and deletion
For the intended service, you can request an export while your account is active and before closing it. Contact support to request deletion of your account, files, and messages. The deletion target is thirty days, with residual backup copies expiring within ninety days. Material subject to a legal hold may be retained for that requirement. Necessary tax and transaction records may be retained under applicable law. The demo bag and cookie preference persist until you remove them, clear browser storage, or use your browser privacy controls.
Choices and third parties
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion through the company contact below, subject to identity checks and applicable legal exceptions. You may also have rights to object, restrict processing, or complain to a competent authority. This site loads Zilla Slab and Nunito from Google Fonts; your browser may disclose its IP address and request metadata to Google when requesting those fonts. No analytics or advertising script is installed. Cloudflare may process request information when the site is hosted on Pages. Changes to actual service practices require an updated policy before new processing begins.
