What exactly is Clientfold?
A client workspace concept for files, messages, milestones, and approvals. This website is a static storefront demo; it does not host workspaces.
Are built-in signatures legal electronic signatures?
No. They are simple acknowledgment records only, not legal e-signatures. Use a dedicated e-sig service for legal purposes. 内置签名不是法律电子签名，仅为确认记录。
Are files private?
Files and messages are private by default, shared only when you explicitly share a link or grant access. Treat shared links as access credentials. 文件默认私密，仅在主动分享链接或授权时共享。
How does the 14-day trial work?
The intended trial lasts 14 days. This demo never charges. A production checkout must disclose the first billing date and recurring amount before consent.
How do I get access?
The intended service delivers an activation code by email within five minutes. This demo does not send codes.
Can I work offline?
You can download files for offline use. Portal messages and approvals require an internet connection.
Which browsers work?
Use a current version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari with JavaScript enabled.
How do the four plans differ?
Folder is for one portal, Folio adds approvals and domains, Bureau adds five seats and white labeling, and Concierge adds API, SSO, and 15 seats.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Request a change through support. Intended upgrades take effect after confirmation; downgrades take effect at renewal after usage meets the lower limits. No automatic proration is promised.
How do I cancel?
Contact support before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the paid period.
Can I get a refund?
See the Refund Policy. Requests within 14 days of the first paid charge are eligible for review; statutory rights remain unaffected.
What if I exceed storage?
New uploads pause at your plan limit. Existing files remain downloadable during your paid access. Remove files or upgrade to resume uploads; there are no automatic overage charges.
Can notification emails be white labeled?
Yes, the intended Bureau and Concierge plans include white-label email notifications.
Is there an API?
API and webhooks are included with Concierge. No API endpoint is provided by this static demo.
How many team seats are included?
Folder and Folio include one seat, Bureau five, and Concierge fifteen. Additional paid seats are not offered in this demo.
