Acceptable use
Respect the shared workspace
Clientfold is intended for legitimate collaboration between freelancers, teams, and their clients. Use the service only for work you have permission to handle and share. This static website is a demonstration and does not accept uploads, but the following rules describe the intended production service. You are responsible for the conduct of people you invite and for your own sharing choices. Review a client’s permission before sending a link, and never assume that possession of a file means you have permission to publish it.
Prohibited content and activity
Do not upload or distribute unlawful material, malware, stolen credentials, exploitative content, threats, targeted harassment, or material that infringes another person’s rights. Do not use the service to conduct fraud, impersonate clients, or misrepresent an acknowledgment as a legally verified signature. Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass plan limits, probe other customer workspaces, or interfere with availability. Avoid submitting payment card details, authentication secrets, or sensitive regulated records unless a separate written agreement explicitly supports that use and the necessary safeguards are established.
Sharing and storage limits
Files and messages are private to your account unless you share them. Keep links confidential and revoke access when it is no longer needed. Downloaded copies cannot be remotely withdrawn. At the advertised storage limit, new uploads pause; existing files remain downloadable while paid access continues. Delete unnecessary files or upgrade to restore uploads. There are no automatic overage charges in the described plans. Concierge API and webhook use must respect documented production limits when those endpoints exist; this static package provides no API service.
Reports and enforcement
Report suspected abuse using the company contact below. Include a relevant URL or workspace reference and describe the issue without redistributing harmful or private material. We may need to ask for additional information to identify the affected content. In an operational service, proportionate responses may include removing access to reported content, restricting a feature, or suspending an account while a serious report is reviewed. Where practical and lawful, we should explain the reason and allow a response. Emergency or legally required action may happen without advance notice.
Ownership, exit, and appeals
Enforcement does not transfer ownership of customer files to Clientfold. Where lawful and safe, an account holder should be able to export legitimate materials before closure. Requests for account deletion follow the Privacy Policy, including the intended thirty-day live deletion and ninety-day backup expiry periods, subject to legal holds. Contact us to challenge an enforcement decision and provide facts that may change the outcome. These rules supplement the Terms and do not remove rights provided by applicable law. The static demo cannot receive abuse reports through its mock form; use the published email instead.
